Miniature
Merrivale Model Village has some truly unique miniatures on display such as The Crown Jewels, Castles, Blimps, Churches and Stadiums. It will be as though you have transformed into Gulliver for the day! While you are perusing the miniatures take a moment to soak up the beauty of the award-winning gardens at Merrivale Model Village.
Railway
Continue your day at Merrivale by making your way around the 350m miniature railway track where you can spot over 28 different types of trains, locomotives and steams. You will become a seasoned train spotter by the end of the morning whilst asking up the stunning gardens and miniature villages.
Crazy Golf
Take a break from exploring the Merrivale Model Village and have a go on the 9-hole crazy golf course on site. Fun for all ages and members of the family.
Tea Rooms
By now, you’re probably ready for lunch so head to Merrivale’s iconic Tea Rooms. A wide range of hot and cold food as well as it’s speciality afternoon tea is all on offer you won’t have a problem finding something to cater to all tastes.
Old Penny Arcade
Wile away an afternoon being transported back in time in the Old Penny Arcade. Grab some old pennies from the gift shop and try your luck on some of the vintage slot machines that Merrivale Model Village has restored to fully working order!
Gift Shop
No day out would be complete at Merrivale Model Village without a look in the fabulous gift shop which has a large selection of postcards and memorabilia on offer, as well as some great homemade fudge.
We don’t think any day out at Merrivale Model Village is complete without a walk down Yarmouth Seafront before you leave to appreciate the wonder one of Norfolk’s most popular seaside destinations.
