A Day Out at Scroby Sands

A day out at Scroby Sands will normally begin on the central beach of Great Yarmouth, where is it advisable to book a boat trip to begin your journey.

Horsey Seals

You are then taken out on a boat such as the Haven Cruiser to the home of the thousands of Horsey Seals that re-establish their nest here every year. Have your camera ready as no day out is complete without a photo of the Scroby Sands residents basking in the sun. (Seal Trip)

The seals are known to be curious and will normally pop up at the side of the boat from time to time! Most boat trips will normally last around an hour so when you get back to shore you are ready to find out what else your day out at Scroby Sands has to offer.
